Those herbs you've listed (among others) have natural synthetic estrogen hormones in them (they can't hurt you, they just increase the amount of the hormones in your system, and enhance your body's natural ability to produce them a little bit). That's why they work. You probably wouldn't have to take the Greenbush stuff, though I don't actually know anything about it specifically. The actual plant works fine though, and may be cheaper. It's safe to lower your dose of herbs, but as I said, I don't know about Greenbush products enough that I can say one way or the other.

Hope that helps :)
References :
Has anyone benefited from breast enhancement herbs--fenugreek, Wild Yam, etc.? NOT pills and creams, HERBS.?
I started using the Enhancement Blend Kit from Greenbush 2 months after I thought my milk dried up, and it actually brought my milk back up some. I stopped for a few months, and my milk is not completely dried up yet. Does anyone know if I can still take a lower dosage of these herbs and still see results?? Greenbush doesn't have an answer to this because they've never seen this situation before.
