Does the surgery leaves keloids or just a dark scars?

the other option is going through the belly button when hides the scar in the belly button. Keloid scars aren't determined by the incision but by the skin! Normally african american people are affected by keloid scars or raised scarring. Look at some of the scars you have and feel them to see if they are raised or have texture then you might want to talk with your doctor to see if there are any tests to check for keloid skin

Hi I was wandering if any women on here have had breast reduction surgery at the harley street medical group?

in London ? If so were you pleased with the results and Could anyone tell me the price of breast reduction surgery at the harley street ?

I had mine done some years ago at a North London training hospital for plastic surgeons. It was done by Mr Olle Asplund and his trainee, I was very pleased with it.
If you look for Mr Dai Davies, or Mr Percival they are both still running this hospital. It is a teaching hospital so it will cost you less, they all work in Harley Street when not training others. hope this helps as they will give you all the info you need.
My friend recently went there to have a face lift and she was also very`pleased.

When I should get breast reduction surgery?

I'm 24 and currently have 40DDDs. My breast sags and my aerolas are huge. Also, my right breast is much bigger than my left (the left is more like a D and the right is a DDD). To make matters worse, I lost plenty of weight (if I was smaller I can wear a 36 or 38 now) and now I have excess skin around my breast too, making them feel extra soft. I do have insurance but not sure if they will cover. Also, I want to be able to breast feed my future children (my nipples aren't too sensitive to begin with so losing the sensation wouldn't be a big deal) but I won't get the chance after the surgery, then I can live with it too (my mother never breast fed me or my siblings).

My family and boyfriend are very supportive but I don't know if I should do it now or after I have my kids in the future. Help.

PS: I want to be able to go down to a C (at least when I do get pregnant, I can be a D, which I don't mind if they were more even and lifted).
Also, I currently wear a size 10-12 (sometimes a 14) but that's because my breasts are very big. If I get this down, I can be down to a 6-8.

It is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

You could do it now or wait until you have kids.

Check out these sites, they helped me a lot

My PS says I will be able to breast feed. It really all depends on if they remove the nipple during surgery or not.

Insurance covered mine 100%, but since all insurance companies are different, they cover anywhere from 50-100% of the cost. All I needed to pay was hospital copay and $10 for Vicodin.

I was in NO pain at all, didn't need the Vicodin at all.

My scars are 95% healed, you can barely tell they are there. It took two weeks off of work, after that I just took it slow and easy. After my incisions closed I started putting ScarGuard and Mederma on my incisions and like I said they are 95% gone.

How to enchance breast without surgery?

At age 13 I was diagnosed with narcolepsy and gained over a hundred pounds. Now I have lost all that weight but I hate the way my breast look. They are flat at the top and full at the bottom and they sag. I am only 20 and don't want to have surgery. Is there anyway I could lift them up besides wearing better bras and surgery? And how do I get them to stay in a bathing suit top?

The other alternative is to maybe take estrigin pills. I hope it helps i am not sure if it will though

I heard that a women died, because of breast surgery?

can you seriously die from getting your breasts done?
I MEAN NOT ALL THE TIME!!!

but rarely? can it?

Any medical procedure can result in death.

Complications during and after surgery such as reactions to anesthetic; infection; and blood clots, can cause death during and after any surgical procedure.

Interestingly, some studies have shown suicide rates among women who have had augmentation mammoplasty ("getting your breasts done") are higher than standard suicide rates among the rest of the female population.

Learn All You Can About Cosmetic Breast Enlargement Surgery

In this world where plastic surgery has become something you can do on a weekend, more and more people are turning to surgeons to make their dreams of the perfect physique become reality. No plastic surgery is more commonplace for women than that of cosmetic breast enlargement surgery. Nothing gets at the heart of a woman’s physical insecurity than not being able to fill out a shirt. There’s something to be said for liking yourself the way you are. But when your breast size affects your whole perception of yourself – and there is a way to fix it through cosmetic breast enlargement surgery – you are more than likely going to consider this procedure.

Cosmetic breast enlargement surgery – like any surgery – has risks associated with it. But because cosmetic breast enlargement surgery is so common in cosmetic surgery offices across the country, the risks have been largely minimized. There are a multitude of highly skilled surgeons who are vastly experienced in cosmetic breast enlargement surgery; finding that doctor should be your first priority.

Research is crucial prior to surgery of any kind. Investigate the actually procedure of cosmetic breast enlargement surgery so that you understand what will happen to you in the operating room. Educate yourself on all the methods of cosmetic breast enlargement surgery so that you can decide what is important to you; some surgeons put the implant under the muscle, some do not; some make the incision under the breast and some make the incision around the nipple. Become a scholar of cosmetic breast enlargement surgery information so you can be well informed when interviewing surgeons.

That’s right – interview surgeons. It’s imperative that you find a surgeon who fits the bill when it comes to background, experience, and reputation. But it’s just as important that you connect with the doctor on a personal level. If you feel rushed through a first meeting or feel that your questions were not thoroughly answered – or if you just simply feel uncomfortable – than this is probably not the doctor for you. This is your body; be sure that you find a doctor you absolutely trust to perform you cosmetic breast enlargement surgery.

Finally, it’s helpful to speak with other women who have been through cosmetic breast enlargement surgery. Speaking with those who have undergone similar experiences can help you to prepare; knowing what to expect before, during, and after cosmetic breast enlargement surgery can make all the difference in a successful outcome.
