Is it common to do breast enlargement surgery ?

Just wondering which country you are from.
I'm from england first of all, however, I really feel that that is besides the point.
I think that the majority of the time regardless of your global location, breast enlargement is and will never be "common".
Ofcourse there are the exceptions for example, the percentage of females in the media who have undergone breast surgery will be substantially higher than that of the actual percentage of women with surgery. As a result of this you are also likely to find that there is a higher percentage of women with them living in L.A. for example.
Obviously, however there has be a steep increase in women who have had surgery or at least admitted to it. But I think that ultimately it all depends on what you consider common, personally i feel that common is anything above 10% (or maybe 5%) of the population – whether that be nationally or globally, which breast enlargement surgery is probably no where near.
