Is breast enlargement surgery common for girls in your country ?

Also is there any side effects after the surgery ?

I think its pretty common in most MEDCs. In the UK theres a lot of girls having it done. Side effects are probably tenderness, and if it goes wrong you can get one nipple higher than the other, or a wierd lump where the silicone was placed.

    oh yea it is and the effects can be silicone spillage in your body that causes cancer

    Sadly, yes. You'll need a new one every 7-10 yrs because of scar tissue and silicone leakage.
