I am getting a breast augmentation & I have a few questions.?

I have a consultation in a week for a breast augmentation. I want the most natural look possible. Should I get the implants over the muscle or under the muscle? I am getting saline implants. Do these type of implants ripple very badly? Any stories of advice is welcome thanks.
Please do not post anything negative I have very assymetric breast and I want breast implants so please just answer the question.

Saline implants are safer, if they ripple its because they were not properly filled, the amout of CC's used tend to fill the breast implant more. I would say get the implants above the muscle and have them go in through your belly button. There may be more pain at first if they do that BUT there will be less scaring, which more attractive in the long run.

If you want natural look, leave them the way they are. You shouldn't judge yourself by cup size but rather the content of your character. Don't fall victim to vanity, you are more than breasts or lack there of. Implants won't cure an inferiority complex, it will only make self-conscious.
